西藏自治区近60年科研项目布局现状与发展路径研究

Research on the layout and development path of scientific research projects in Tibet Autonomous Region in the last 60 years

摘要:

本研究以西藏自治区六十年的科研项目数据为研究对象，梳理分析了西藏自治区六十年来科研项目的总体情况和布局，包括项目数量变化趋势、项目所属领域和学科分布、热点主题分布、项目承担机构情况和承担地区分析等，为全面了解西藏科技事业发展、揭示科技驱动下的西藏创新发展提供参考，并对西藏自治区未来优化科研项目管理提出了建议。研究结果表明，六十年来西藏的科技项目投入大幅增长，项目投入集中在农业科学、工业技术和医药卫生三大学科，这与本地产业布局密切相关，西藏自治区本土的科研院所、地方机关与高校是科研项目的主要承担机构，而项目的承担地区集中在拉萨市，项目布局表现出区域配置不平衡、企业科研动力不足、对外合作关系薄弱等问题。

Abstract:

The data of scientific research projects in Tibet Autonomous Region in the last 60 years is taken as research object in this paper, the overall situation such as the annual change trend of research project number, distribution pattern of researchfield and subject category, hot topic, undertaking institution and regional distributionof research projects in Tibet Autonomous Region in the last 60 years is reviewed and analyzed. It provides a reference for a comprehensive understanding of the development of scientific and technological undertakings in Tibet, reveals the innovation and development of Tibet driven by science and technology, and puts forward suggestions for promoting the better development of scientific and technological undertakings based on scientific research projects in the Tibet Autonomous Region in the future. The research results show that the investment in research projects in Tibet has increased significantly over the past 60 years, and the project investment is concentrated in the three disciplines of agricultural science, industrial technology and medicine and health, which are closely related to the local industrial layout. Local scientific research institutes, local agencies and universities in Tibet are the main institutions responsible for scientific research projects, and the areas where the projects are undertaken are concentrated in Lhasa. The layout of research projects shows problems such as unbalanced regional allocation, insufficient scientific research motivation of enterprises, and weak external cooperative relations.
