对新美国安全中心技术与安全领域的跟踪研究与借鉴启示

Research and Inspiration in Technology and Security field of Center for a New American Security

摘要:

新美国安全中心(CNAS)是一家专注于国家安全领域的美国智库,也是一家在公共政策影响方面表现优异的新兴智库。鉴于CNAS对美国决策层广泛的影响力,持续跟踪其研究方向及发布的与科技相关的报告对我国科技智库的发展和研究有借鉴启示意义。本文主要围绕其2017—2021年发布的科技领域研究报告,针对报告的基本内容和观点,作了较为系统的梳理、总结和分析。

Abstract:

Center for a New American Security (CNAS) is an American think tank focusing on national security. It is an emerging think tank with excellent performance in public policy. In view of the extensive influence of CNAS on the decision-making in the United States, the continuous tracking of its research and reports related to science and technology are of referential significance to the Chinese think tanks. This paper focuses on the research reports in the field of science and technology from 2017 to 2021, and makes a systematic sorting, summary and analysis on the viewpoints of the reports.
