Abstract:With the comprehensive implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy in China, the establishment of an in-depth integration innovation system of industry-university-research has become a key link to improve the institutional mechanism of science and technology innovation. Based on the conceptual model construction, we empirically test the influence mechanism of the collaborative integration of industry-university-research on the performance of science and technology achievement transformation from three dimensions of the behavioral process of collaborative integration, interaction environment and relationship stability, respectively, and explore the regulatory role of the cognitive of cooperative relationship on the relationship between them. The results show that the behavioral process of communication and cooperation, good interaction environment and stable and sustainable cooperative relationship of the industry-university-research collaborative integration subjects have positive effects on the performance of science and technology achievement transformation. Further analysis reveals that the cognition of cooperative relationship regulates the above influential relationship, i.e., as the cognitive level of collaborative cooperative relationship between industry-university-research subjects strengthens, the promotion effect of inter-subject collaborative integration on the performance of science and technology achievement transformation is more obvious. The research results provide a reference for improving the performance of scientific and technological achievement transformation by industry-university-research cooperation.
