Abstract:: In the context of the "dual carbon" goal, technical standardization is of great significance to the survival and development of new energy vehicle companies.Based on the perspective of cooperation network, this paper takes the enterprises that jointly issued standards in the new energy vehicle industry from 2001 to 2020 as samples, and adopts the negative binomial fixed effect regression analysis method to explore the impact of network embeddedness on technical standardization, and to study the moderating effect of relationship strength. Research indicates,Network centrality has a positive correlation with the ability of enterprise technical standard formulation and promotion, network density has a negative correlation with the technical standard formulation ability, and a positive correlation with the promotion ability,The relationship strength has an inverted U-shaped relationship with the ability to formulate technical standards, and has a positive correlation with the ability to promote, the relationship strength negatively regulates the impact of centrality on the ability to formulate and promote technical standards, and negatively regulates the impact of network density on the ability to formulate technical standards. However, the positive moderating effect on promotion ability was not significant.
