价值共创导向的高校创新创业生态系统治理

Value Co-Creation Oriented Governance of University Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ecosystem

摘要:

以高校为核心的创新创业生态系统是双创生态谱系中的一种,如何提高高校创新创业生态系统治理水平业已成为加快创新创业人才培养及释放高校创新势能的核心问题。以全国创新创业典型经验高校G大学为例,基于质性数据编码分析,揭示高校创新创业生态系统的整体性治理体系,研究发现：(1)高校管理者是治理体系的主导主体；(2)生态系统组织层次、生态系统环境要素是治理体系的关键部分；(3)根据治理对象与治理背景的差异,应综合运用契约机制、考核机制、错位发展机制、利益关联机制、情感传递机制,提升治理效能。基于组织生态学的研究,进一步丰富了高校创新创业生态系统治理理论,对我国高校优化创新创业生态系统治理体系也具有现实指导意义。

Abstract:

Improving the governance level of innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem in colleges and universities has become the core issue to accelerate the training of innovation and entrepreneurship talents. Taking the typical experience of national innovation and entrepreneurship university G University as an example, based on the analysis of qualitative data coding, this paper reveals the overall governance system of university innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem. It is found that: (1) university administrators are the leading body of the governance system; (2)ecosystem organizational level and ecosystem environment elements are the key parts of the governance system; (3)according to the difference of governance object and governance background, the governance subject can formulate appropriate governance mechanisms, such as contract mechanism, evaluation mechanism, dislocation development mechanism, interest association mechanism, affective transfer mechanism and so on. The research not only further enriches the ecosystem governance theory of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities, but also has practical significance for colleges and universities to construct or optimize the ecosystem governance system of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
