为解决资源有限条件下精准识别产品改进关键路径问题,提出考虑在线评论用户关注度的需求优先级排序方法。首先,采用结构主题模型从用户在线评论中定位用户需求,并以主题占比为基础计算用户关注度,然后结合分析型Kano模型及改进IPA分析建立重要度-满意度-关注度三维需求坐标,最后以家用医疗设备为例,验证其可行性,实现对用户需求的优先级分析。

In order to solve the problem of accurately identifying the key path of product improvement under the condition of limited resources, a demand prioritization method considering the attention of online review users is proposed. First, the structural topic model is used to locate user needs from users' online comments, and the user attention is calculated based on the topic ratio. Then, combined with the analytical Kano model and improved IPA analysis, the three-dimensional demand coordinates of importance-satisfaction-attention are established. Finally, take home medical equipment as an example to verify its feasibility and realize the priority analysis of user needs.
