摘要:

以2018年广东省科技奖励制度改革为切入点，综合运用统计分析法和社会网络分析法，分析科技奖励制度改革对广东省优质创新的作用效应。研究发现，科技奖励制度改革后，广东省优质创新空间格局呈现创新空间扩大、粤港澳合作加深、珠三角创新组团创新策源能力进一步释放的趋势。同时，改革巩固了合作创新在创新生产中的主导地位，推动了跨域合作往高水平发展，并促使创新主体更加积极面向需求开展创新活动。此外，改革也对广东省优质创新整体网络和核心创新个体的创新网络产生了多元影响。最后，根据研究结论总结了优质创新成果生成的共性规律，并提出相关政策建议。

Abstract:

The research takes the 2018 reform of Guangdong"s science and technology award system as the starting point, and comprehensively uses statistical analysis and social network analysis methods to analyse the effect of the reform of the science and technology award system on Guangdong"s high-quality innovation. The study found that after the reform of the science and technology award system, the pattern of high-quality innovation space in Guangdong Province has shown a trend of expanding innovation space, deepening cooperation between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, and further releasing the innovation strategy source capacity of the Pearl River Delta innovation cluster. At the same time, the reform has consolidated the leading position of cooperative innovation in innovation production, promoted cross regional cooperation to a high level, and urged innovation subjects to carry out innovation activities more actively in response to demand. In addition, the reform has also had multiple impacts on the overall network of high-quality innovation and the innovation network of core innovation individuals in Guangdong Province. Finally, according to the research conclusions, the paper summarizes the common laws of high-quality innovation achievements, and puts forward relevant policy recommendations.
