为了探索省级范围内城市绿色技术创新的不同路径,理解其差异化发展的机制,本研究基于“有为政府+有效市场”研究框架,运用 fsQCA方法探讨了山东省16地市区域绿色技术创新的组态效应。研究发现:①R&D人员投入是影响山东省各地市高绿色技术创新水平的关键瓶颈,且不存在构成非高绿色技术创新水平的必要条件。②发现4条高绿色技术创新路径和3条非高绿色技术创新路径。③山东省绿色技术创新水平分布呈现明显的区域差异和集聚辐射效应。本研究深层次地解释了城市绿色技术创新的因果复杂性,有力证实了“有为政府+有效市场”对城市绿色技术创新的作用机制,也为城市绿色技术创新水平的提升提供了着力点。

In order to reveal the paths and mechanism of differentiated development of green technology innovation among cities, this study, based on the research framework of ‘effective government and efficient market’ uses the fsQCA method to explore the configuration effect of regional green technology innovation in the 16 cities in Shandong Province. The study found that: (1) R & D personnel input is the key bottleneck affecting the high level of green technology innovation in Shandong province, and there is no necessary condition to constitute the non-high green technology innovation level. (2) There are four high green technology innovation paths and three non-high green technology innovation paths. (3) The distribution of green technology innovation level in Shandong Province shows obvious regional differences and agglomeration and radiation effect. This study deeply explains the causal complexity of green technology innovation, strongly confirms the role mechanism of combination of effective government and efficient market on urban green technology innovation, and also provides a focus for the improvement of the level of urban green technology innovation.
