Abstract:Arithmetic is the core productivity of the digital economy, and Channel computing resources from the east to the west is dedicated to improving the overall arithmetic level of the country. Algorithms are mainly driven by top scientists and scientific research teams for their continuous optimization and progress, and their distribution affects the carrying capacity of arithmetic power. In this paper, we take the cooperation network of government, industry, academia and research as the main body of analysis, and the provincial area, i.e. the meso level, as the unit of spatial analysis, and the structure of the R D team, the spatial overlap between R D strength and the provinces where the hubs of computing power are located. The statistical analysis and description of the situation reveals that the distribution of algorithmic support resources of the arithmetic hubs is seriously uneven. Accordingly, we propose to increase policy support and speed up the pace of digital industrialisation, to do a good job of co-ordinating the layout and establish a grading and classification mechanism, and to accelerate the breakthrough of key core technologies of the arithmetic network system.
