Abstract:Under the background of more than half of the construction cycle of the "Double High Plan", scientifically and rationally evaluating the efficiency of the use of scientific and technological resources in higher vocational colleges is an important way to implement the "performance management and dynamic management" requirements of the "Double High Plan" construction. This paper selects 56 "double-high" construction colleges, builds an index evaluation system that highlights the performance of regional science and technology resources, and uses the DEA-Malmquist model method to analyze the regional science and technology resources performance and changes of "double-high" construction colleges and universities from 2019 to 2021. The study found that the average total factor productivity change index of 56 "double-high" construction colleges and universities in 2019/2020 and 2020/2021 was 0.959 and 1.006. , There is a large gap in the performance of regional science and technology resources among colleges and universities in the western region. In the future, we should optimize the internal input-output structure of colleges and universities, emphasize precise investment, improve the level of organization and management, and establish a scientific and technological resource evaluation index system that pays more attention to the service area.
