摘要:

基于层次分析法模型构建的方法,从RCEP国家专利水平、研发实力、知识产权的商业化程度、法律制度环境、执法环境、经济社会环境及投资贸易紧密度7个维度构建RCEP国家知识产权发展指数评价指标体系,综合衡量各个国家的知识产权(专利)制度完善程度和运行情况、各地知识产权(专利)保护环境发展的差异以及与我国的贸易紧密度,并运用指数化评价方法进行量化分析,综合评价RCEP国家的知识产权综合发展水平。

Abstract:

Based on the analytic hierarchy process model construction method, the RCEP national intellectual property development index is constructed from 7 dimensions of RCEP national patent level, R D strength, commercialization degree of intellectual property rights, legal system environment, law enforcement environment, economic and social environment, and investment and trade closeness. The evaluation index system comprehensively measures the perfection and operation of the intellectual property (patent) system in each country, the differences in the development of the intellectual property (patent) protection environment in various regions, and the trade closeness with my country, and uses the indexing evaluation method for quantitative analysis. Comprehensively evaluate the comprehensive development level of intellectual property in RCEP countries.
