Abstract:Based on the data of 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2012 to 2020, this paper analyzes the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics and influencing factors of integration of advanced manufacturing and modern service industry. The results show that: (1) The integration level of "two industries" is on the rise, but the regional development is uneven, showing Shanghai > Jiangsu > Zhejiang > Anhui, and has the characteristics of spatial agglomeration.(2) The influence of external factors varies within and between regions. Economic environment, foreign investment and regional innovation play an obvious driving role in the city's industrial integration. The application of information technology drives the industrial integration development of neighboring cities through the spatial spillover effect. (3) For the servitization of advanced manufacturing industry, government support is the direct influencing factor, and economic environment and regional innovation play spatial spillover effect. For the manufacturing of modern service industry, economic environment, foreign investment and regional innovation are the direct factors, the spillover effect of information technology application drives the manufacturing of modern service industry in neighboring cities.
