Abstract:In order to explore the impact of environmental regulation on the green technology innovation of listed companies in the Yellow River Basin, this paper measures the green technology innovation level of listed companies in the Yellow River Basin based on the kernel density estimation method, and uses the spatial error model (SEM) to analyze the formal environmental regulation and informal environmental regulation. The impact on green technology innovation of listed companies in the Yellow River Basin. The results show that the overall green technology innovation level of the Yellow River Basin has been continuously improved, and it has the characteristics of first aggregation and then diffusion. The difference between the upstream and the middle and downstream is obvious. The polarized spatial evolution pattern of each region gradually disappears, showing the diffusion from the central city to the surrounding area. Balanced development pattern. There is a "U"-shaped relationship between formal environmental regulation and green technology innovation of listed companies in the Yellow River Basin; an inverted "U"-shaped relationship between informal environmental regulation and green technology innovation of listed companies in the Yellow River Basin.
