    摘要:

    为探究环境规制对黄河流域上市公司绿色技术创新的影响,本文基于核密度估算法对黄河流域上市公司绿色技术创新水平进行测算,并利用空间误差模型(SEM)分析正式环境规制和非正式环境规制对黄河流域上市公司绿色技术创新的影响。结果表明:黄河流域整体绿色技术创新水平不断提升,具有先聚集后扩散的变化特征,上游与中、下游差异明显,各地区两极分化的空间演变格局逐渐消失,呈现出由中心城市向周边扩散的均衡发展格局。正式环境规制与黄河流域上市公司绿色技术创新之间呈现出“U”型关系;非正式环境规制与黄河流域上市公司绿色技术创新之间呈现倒“U”型的关系。

    Abstract:

    In order to explore the impact of environmental regulation on the green technology innovation of listed companies in the Yellow River Basin, this paper measures the green technology innovation level of listed companies in the Yellow River Basin based on the kernel density estimation method, and uses the spatial error model (SEM) to analyze the formal environmental regulation and informal environmental regulation. The impact on green technology innovation of listed companies in the Yellow River Basin. The results show that the overall green technology innovation level of the Yellow River Basin has been continuously improved, and it has the characteristics of first aggregation and then diffusion. The difference between the upstream and the middle and downstream is obvious. The polarized spatial evolution pattern of each region gradually disappears, showing the diffusion from the central city to the surrounding area. Balanced development pattern. There is a "U"-shaped relationship between formal environmental regulation and green technology innovation of listed companies in the Yellow River Basin; an inverted "U"-shaped relationship between informal environmental regulation and green technology innovation of listed companies in the Yellow River Basin.
