浙江数据中心绿色升级的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Green Upgrading of Zhejiang Data Center

摘要:

在数字经济与双碳政策的双重驱动下，数据中心绿色升级已成为未来发展必然趋势。本文系统分析了浙江数据中心绿色升级的发展现状与问题，从数据中心的运作机制和绿色升级必要性两方面，揭示出数据中心绿色发展与数字经济创新的内在逻辑，并进一步对数据中心绿色升级面临的问题进行了分析。研究发现，浙江省在数据中心绿色发展过程中主要存在区域布局不均衡、绿色治理不健全、绿色价值挖掘不充分的问题，围绕上述问题对下一步加快数据中心绿色升级提出了政策建议。

Abstract:

Driven by the digital economy and the dual-carbon policy, the green upgrade of data centers has become an inevitable trend in the future. This paper systematically analyzes the development status and problems of green upgrading of Zhejiang data center. From the two aspects of the operation mechanism of data center and the necessity of green upgrading, it reveals the internal logic of green development of data center and digital economy innovation, and further analyzes the problems faced by green upgrading of data center. It is found that there are some problems in the process of green development of data center in Zhejiang Province, such as unbalanced regional layout, imperfect green governance and insufficient green value mining. Based on the above problems, policy suggestions are put forward to accelerate the green upgrading of data center in the next step.
