Abstract:Taking the biomedical industrial cluster in Shandong Province as the research object, this study theoretically analyses the economic growth effect of its industrial cluster from the aspects of internal causes and mechanism, and uses the SDM model to empirically analyze its economic growth effect. The results show that the level of biomedical agglomeration in Shandong Province is on the rise and there are regional differences. The economic growth effect of biomedical industrial clusters is significant and the spatial spillover effect is obvious. Industrial clusters promote economic growth through multiple effects. Based on this, suggestions are put forward ,including strengthening the introduction and cultivation of talents, expanding investment attraction, building a strategic alliance between industry, university and research, and making adifferentiated development of enterprises in the cluster.
