高技术产业是我国不断发展的动力,而科技创新是高技术产业的生命源泉,研究科技金融对高技术产业科技创新的影响关系着我国综合实力的提高。本文基于2011-2020年全国30省市区的面板数据,首先采用熵权-TOPSIS法得出我国高技术产业科技创新产出,然后运用面板数据回归,分析不同科技金融投入对我国高技术产业科技创新的作用效果。实证结果表明:政府投入与人力投入对我国高技术产业科技创新的提升有着显著性作用,而企业自身投入以及金融机构投入支持程度较低,资本市场投入方面仍有较大的发展空间。具体到区域层面,不同科技金融投入对八大经济区域的影响效果不同。

The high-tech industry is the driving force of our country"s continuous development, and the scientific and technological innovation is the life source of the high-tech industry. Studying the influence of scientific and technological finance on the high-tech industry scientific and technological innovation is related to the improvement of our country"s comprehensive strength. Based on the panel data of 30 provinces and municipalities in China from 2011 to 2020, this paper firstly uses the entropy weight-TOPSIS method to obtain the scientific and technological innovation output of China"s high-tech industry, and then uses panel data regression to analyze the effects of different technological and financial inputs on scientific and technological innovation in China"s high-tech industry. The empirical results show that government input and human input play a significant role in the improvement of scientific and technological innovation in China"s high-tech industry. However, the support degree of enterprises" own input and financial institutions" input is low, and there is still a large space for the development of capital market input. At the regional level, different technological and financial inputs have different effects on the eight economic regions.
