颠覆性创新爆发出惊人的市场潜力，正成为新创企业创新发展的新趋势，且创新生态的协同合作解决了新创企业的新创弱性。因此，立足于创新生态视角，将创新生态划分为创新政治生态、创新技术生态和创新市场生态，深入剖析创新生态对新创企业颠覆性创新的作用机制，并在此基础上分析了创新生态能力的中介作用和创新生态环境的调节作用，构建了一个理论分析框架并提出了理论命题，为新创企业颠覆性创新研究提供理论参考。

Disruptive innovation has burst out with amazing market potential, which is becoming a new trend in the innovation and development of start-ups, and the collaborative cooperation of innovation ecology has solved the innovation weakness of start-ups. Therefore, based on the perspective of innovation ecology, this paper divides innovation ecology into innovation political ecology, innovation technology ecology and innovation market ecology, deeply analyzes the mechanism of innovation ecology on the disruptive innovation of start-ups, and on this basis, analyzes the mediating effect of innovation ecological ability and the moderating effect of innovation ecological environment, constructs a theoretical analysis framework and puts forward theoretical propositions, It provides a theoretical reference for the research on Disruptive Innovation of start-ups.
