国家自然科学基金青年基金资助我国青年科技人才科研创新研究，培养后继人才。本研究总结概况了近10年来广东省科技人才政策支持，经费、人员和研究机构投入，运用K-means聚类算法对2011-2020年不同省域资助情况进行分析发现广东省青年基金获资助数跃升为第一等级，分析广东省青年基金资助近10年依托单位和学部资助变化发现广东省理工、信息、新兴领域人才得到发展，青年人才集中于头部高水平大学，进而总结广东省青年科技人才发展的优势举措，为相关决策提供参考。

The Youth Fund of NSFC develop research on scientific research of young scientific and technological talents and train successor talents. In this study, we used k-means clustering algorithm to analyze the funding situation from 2011 to 2020 by province. Results suggest further focusing on Guangdong province, and we analyzed the changes of hosting institutions and academic departments of Guangdong, explored the environmental factors of scientific talents in Guangdong, summarized the provincial advantages, and put forward suggestions on policy decision-making.
