Abstract:Based on the theory of collaboration and innovation network, the analysis framework of regional collaborative innovation is constructed from the perspective of the interaction among foundation, subject, factor, carrier and industry. This paper studies the basis of collaborative innovation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and systematically analyzes the progress and effectiveness of collaborative innovation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from the aspects of main body cooperation, factor flow, carrier co-construction and industrial collaboration. On this basis, the dilemma and problems faced by the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative innovation are discussed. The difficulties and problems faced by the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative innovation include the following five aspects: First, the innovation foundation needs to be improved. Second, cooperation among the main bodies still needs to be strengthened. Third, the degree of factor flow and sharing is insufficient. Fourth, the joint construction capacity of carriers needs to be improved. Fifth, the level of industrial coordination needs to be improved. Finally, the development path of collaborative innovation is proposed, which is "consolidating the innovation foundation - strengthening collaborative cooperation - accelerating sharing and interworking - increasing joint construction - optimizing industrial layout", so as to provide a reference for improving the level of collaborative innovation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
