技术标准与知识产权的协同作用可以保护并激励企业的数字创新，是企业数字竞争的新趋势。研究通过对292家战略性新兴企业调查数据开展实证分析表明：技术标准与知识产权协同有利于促进企业数字创新；技术标准联盟在技术标准与知识产权协同推进企业数字创新中发挥了部分中介的作用；随着企业网络能力的增强，标准联盟作为中介变量对企业数字创新的促进作用也会增强。研究揭示了技术标准和知识产权协同通过标准联盟对企业数字创新带来的积极影响，为企业运用标准与知识产权协同来提升数字创新绩效提供了对策建议。
