Abstract:The construction of agricultural science and technology (S &T) service system has gone through two stages before and after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC). Before the 18th National Congress of CPC, the construction of the agricultural S &T service system presented a logic of development, emphasizing the development of agricultural production, improving the efficiency of agricultural industry, and realizing the modernization of agricultural industry. This efficiency had driven the improvement of efficiency of the construction of the agricultural S &T service system, but ignored the subjectivity and initiative of people. The results of the questionnaire survey show that the construction of the agricultural S &T service system had showed the logic of common prosperity after the 18th National Congress of CPC. Driven by the strategy of rural revitalization, the individual sense of mission and initiative of government staff, agricultural S &T workers and agricultural producers could be effectively improved through the implantation of ideological and political elements for value guidance, so as to effectively improve the efficiency of agricultural S &T services.
