Abstract:The transformation of agricultural digitalization is an inevitable trend of agricultural development, and digitalization is changing the innovative practice of agricultural enterprises. Leading agricultural enterprises is providing rich and extensive research cases. Therefore, the study selects 15 leading agricultural enterprises in digital transformation based on the grounded theory, explores the influencing factors of digital transformation and constructs the TOE model of influencing factors, further immerses itself in real cases of enterprises, and compares and summarizes the path mechanism of agricultural enterprises' digital transformation from two aspects: horizontal factor coordination and vertical dynamic evolution. The research shows that: ① Technical dimension (digital technology application, digital technology transition), organizational dimension (organizational basic elements, organizational management transition), and environmental dimension (external macro environment, internal micro environment) are the key factors affecting the digital transformation of agricultural enterprises. ② The horizontal comparison of cases shows: the digital transformation path of agricultural enterprises can be roughly divided into technology driven organization environment collaboration, organization driven technology environment collaboration, and environment driven technology organization collaboration; The case vertical comparison shows: the digital transformation of agricultural enterprises has gone through three stages: pilot (partial pilot, complement and optimization), expansion (platform expansion, transformation), and integration (resource integration, digital agriculture). Accelerate to take agricultural enterprises as the core and drive the whole agricultural upstream and downstream industrial chain, so as to provide reference experience and guidance for Chinese agricultural enterprises to formulate and implement effective digital transformation, and accelerate the process of agricultural modernization in China.
