Abstract:The blockchain technology can enhance information transparency, reshape trust and accelerate the formation of construction quality co-governance of enterprise responsibility, government oversight and public supervision. In this paper, an evolutionary game model of quality co-governance among government, construction enterprises and the public on the blockchain platform was constructed, and the evolutionary stability strategy was analyzed. In order to figure out the influence of different factors on the co-governance system, the external variables of the system were simulated and analyzed combined with the system dynamics. The results show that the construction cost of the blockchain platform and the on-chain-loss of construction enterprises are not conducive to co-governance. Meanwhile, the regulatory utility coefficient, quality and safety gain enhancement coefficient and construction product value-added coefficient have a positive effect on the co-governance, and the construction product value-added coefficient is the key factor that should be focused on. The blockchain technology has a facilitating effect on the collaborative governance of construction project quality. Construction enterprises should join the blockchain platform to strengthen information disclosure and build corporate reputation, while the government and the public should give full play to the role of regulation and supervision.
