中国区域创新体系效能空间差异和动态演进研究

Research on the Spatial Difference and Dynamic Evolution of China"s Regional Innovation System Efficiency

摘要:

分析创新体系效能内涵,构建区域创新体系效能测度模型和指标体系,在测算中国区域创新体系效能指数的基础上,分析了中国区域创新体系效能的空间分布和动态演进特征。研究发现,2012-2020年,中国区域创新体系效能均呈上升态势,但区域创新体系效能指数呈梯度分布和非均衡分布,且省域间和不同创新水平地区间创新体系效能差距不断扩大。相比创新指数领先地位,创新指数较低地区发生动态转移的概率相对较高,但均未发生跨区等级转移现象,显示由于省域创新体系效能加速分化,中国区域创新体系效能空间分布与演进呈现以少数省域为代表的创新极化不断加强,以多数省域为代表的区域创新体系效能趋于低水平固化的发展趋势。

Abstract:

This paper analyzes the connotation of the effectiveness of innovation system, constructs the effectiveness measurement model and indicator system of regional innovation system, and analyzes the spatial distribution and dynamic evolution characteristics of the effectiveness of China"s regional innovation system on the basis of measuring the effectiveness index of China"s regional innovation system. The study found that, from 2012 to 2020, the efficiency of China"s regional innovation system showed an upward trend, but the regional innovation system efficiency index showed a gradient distribution and unbalanced distribution, and the innovation system efficiency gap between provinces and regions with different innovation levels continued to expand. Compared with the leading position of innovation index, regions with low innovation index have a relatively high probability of dynamic transfer, but no trans regional hierarchical transfer has occurred. This shows that due to the accelerated differentiation of provincial innovation system efficiency, the spatial distribution and evolution of China"s regional innovation system efficiency has been increasingly strengthened, with a few provinces as the representative of innovation polarization, and the regional innovation system efficiency represented by most provinces tends to solidify at a low level.
