Abstract:Based on the dynamic perspective, this paper puts forward the concept of collaborative sharing and divides it into four dimensions: institutional synergy, capital synergy, goal synergy, and cultural synergy. Mplus version 8.0 and AMOS version 26 are used to conduct statistical analysis on the mechanism of collaborative sharing affecting the dynamic stability of enterprise strategic alliances, and fairness perception is introduced as a moderating variable. The research shows that mechanism synergy, capital synergy, and goal synergy have a positive impact on the dynamic stability of the enterprise strategic alliance, cultural synergy hurts the dynamic stability of the enterprise strategic alliance, and perceived equity positively moderates the relationship between the four dimensions of synergy sharing and the dynamic stability of the enterprise strategic alliance.
