重大科技成果转化地域选择的影响因素可以归纳为供给侧、需求侧、服务侧、政府政策以及要素配置五个方面。专家咨询和问卷调查的研究结果表明，第三方服务及渠道因素、创新主体研发能级因素、要素资源配置因素、需求方因素、偶然要素驱动因素、核心要素驱动因素等影响因素尤为重要。提高重大科技成果转化地域协同效率的深化途径在于针对区域重大领域成果转化加大要素资源配置力度、突出区域内企业和需求方的主导地位以及强化科技成果转移转化服务。

The influencing factors of the regional selection of the transformation of major scientific and technological achievements can be summarized into five aspects: supply side, demand side, service side, government policy and factor allocation. The research results of expert consultation and questionnaire survey show that the third-party service and channel factors, relevant innovation subjects' R&D energy level, resource allocation factors, demand side factors, accidental factor drivers, core factor drivers are particularly important. The way to improve the regional synergy efficiency of the transformation of major scientific and technological achievements is to increase the allocation of factor resources for the transformation of achievements in major regional fields, highlight the leading position of enterprises and demanders in the region, and strengthen the transfer and transformation services of scientific and technological achievements.
