国有企业数字化转型信息基础设施建设基本路径研究分析与设计

Research, analysis and design of the basic path of information infrastructure construction in the digital transformation of State-owned enterprises

摘要:

面对中国全面数字经济时代的开启，国企作为中国经济社会发展的支柱力量，数字化转型已经成为国企改革工作的重中之重。本文从讨论企业数字化转型概念出发，简要分析了企业数字化转型相关研究进展，提出需要加强企业数字化转型信息基础设施建设。随后，剖析了国有企业数字化转型信息基础设施建设的现状与存在的问题，提出要转变观念，改变信息基础设施建设方式，从底层筑牢国有企业数字化基础设施底座的发展建设路径。最后，通过API管理平台、数据中台、低代码开发环境平台、身份管理平台等模块的分析与设计，初步搭建起新型数字基础设施一体化平台架构整体框架，为企业数字化转型信息基础设施建设提供了一条基本发展路径。

Abstract:

Facing the opening of China's comprehensive digital economy era, state-owned enterprises as the pillar of China's economic and social development, and digital transformation has become the top priority of state-owned enterprise reform. Based on the discussion of the concept of enterprise digital transformation, this paper briefly analyzes the related research progress of enterprise digital transformation, and puts forward the need to strengthen the information infrastructure construction of enterprise digital transformation. Then, the paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of information infrastructure construction in digital transformation of state-owned enterprises, and puts forward the development and construction path of building the digital infrastructure base of state-owned enterprises from the bottom by changing concepts and ways of information infrastructure construction. Finally, through the analysis and design of API management platform, data middle platform, low-code development environment platform, and identity management platform, the overall framework of the new digital infrastructure integration platform architecture is initially established, which provides a basic development path for the construction of enterprise digital transformation information infrastructure.
