Abstract:With the high degree of interconnection in the digital economy, the innovation boundary of enterprises is gradually blurred, and the dependence of enterprises in the completely open innovation ecology on external knowledge is gradually enhanced.Based on this, this paper puts forward a two-stage model of consumers' participation in enterprise knowledge innovation from the perspective of consumers' participation in enterprise value activities and knowledge innovation behaviors.The findings:Consumer awareness of innovation and humanistic awareness of consumers to participate in the activities of the value of the enterprise to consumers, consumers' innovative awareness and consumers for the construction of the humanistic awareness by consumers of psychological ownership strengthens the consumers to participate in the activities of the value of the enterprise, the user is adjusting the innovation awareness of consumers care humanistic awareness (consumer) relationship with the consumer psychological ownership.Consumer participation behavior, consumer civic behavior, and consumer and enterprise co-creation are all positively correlated with enterprise knowledge innovation. Knowledge transfer plays an intermediary role among consumer participation behavior, consumer civic behavior, consumer and enterprise co-creation and enterprise knowledge innovation.Through the construction of the two-stage model, this paper clearly draws the path for consumers to participate in enterprise knowledge innovation, and provides a mechanism for enterprises to realize knowledge innovation in an open innovation ecology without boundaries.
