重污染企业绿色转型的价值创造与演化 ——基于资源编排的案例研究

Value Creation and Evolution of Heavy-polluting Enterprises' Green Transformation:A Case Study Based on Resource Orchestration

摘要:

重污染企业绿色转型既是推动经济社会高质量发展的重要抓手，也是实现“双碳”目标的必由之路。本文以中石化为例，基于资源编排视角，遵循“情境-过程-绩效”的逻辑主线，探索重污染企业资源识别、资源行动和价值创造的内在机理。研究发现： （1）认知结合情境所对应的资源状况，依托资源识别能力，匹配绿色转型需求，推动企业采取差异化的行动策略。 （2）受情境驱动的影响，资源行动在资源识别和价值创造之间发挥着显著的中介作用，按照“资源构建-资源转化-资源协奏”的渐进式轨迹演化。 （3）资源行动带来了资源的有效整合与合理汇集，通过开展高质量的价值创造活动，实现了从单点突破、多点融合到全价值链交融的不断进阶的价值优化。

Abstract:

The green transformation of heavy polluting enterprises is not only an important way to promote the high-quality development of economy and society, but also the only way to achieve the goal of "double carbon". Taking Sinopec as an example, this paper explores the internal mechanism of resource identification, resource action and value creation of heavy polluting enterprises based on the perspective of resource arrangement and following the logic line of "situation-process-performance". Our findings indicate that companies combine cognition with context, rely on the resource identification ability, match the green transformation needs, and promote enterprises to adopt differentiated action strategies.We also find that resource actions play a significant mediating role between resource identification and value creation, and evolve in accordance with the process of resource construction, resource transformation and resource accompaniment.In addition,resource actions bring about effective integration and reasonable collection of resources. Through high-quality value creation activities, the continuous improvement of value optimization is realized from single point breakthrough and multi-point integration to the integration of the whole value chain.
