Abstract:Project completion prediction is an important function of earned value management, but there are some problems in the existing research, such as only considering the two factors of cost and schedule and relying on the past performance, which lead to the deviation between the predicted results and the actual situation. Through literature research, this study reviewed the existing researches on project completion prediction using earned value management, systematically sorted out the accuracy of improved performance index and the influence of integrated risk factors, and summarized the advantages and limitations of the existing researches in order to point out the direction for future research.
