基于工文融合的“一专四化”涉外复合型应用技术人才培养模式创新研究

摘要:

在新发展格局下,“一带一路”沿线国家和“走出去”企业对涉外复合型应用技术人才提出了新的要求,人才培养模式也存在变革需求。本研究基于新发展格局对涉外复合型应用技术人才的现实需求,从新工科与新文科融合的视角出发,以“专业+”为总纲,融入中国化、柔性化、灵性化、商务化元素,构建了“一专四化”涉外复合型应用技术人才培养模式。在此基础上以CZ工学院为例,通过其实践成果验证了“一专四化”涉外复合型应用技术人才培养模式具有一定科学性和可行性,能够为“走出去”企业提供有力的人才保障和智力支持。

Abstract:

Under the new development pattern, countries along the " Belt and Road " and " going out " enterprises have put forward new requirements for foreign-related compound applied technical talents, and there is also a need for change in the talent training model. Based on the realistic demand of the new development pattern for foreign-related compound applied technical talents, this study starts from the perspective of the integration of new engineering and new liberal arts, takes " specialty + " as the general outline, integrates Chinese, flexible, spiritual and commercial elements, and constructs the training mode of " one specialty and four modernizations " foreign-related compound applied technical talents. On this basis, taking CZ Institute of Technology as an example, through its practical results to verify the " one specialty and four modernizations " foreign compound applied technology talents training mode has certain scientific and feasibility, can provide strong talent guarantee and intellectual support for " going out " enterprises.
