采用探索性纵向案例研究方法，以华为公司为研究对象，揭示工业互联网平台领先企业数字化动态能力的内涵及构念，主要包括数字化机会捕获能力、数字化知识耦合能力以及数字化生态治理能力，其形成受到数字资产超网络嵌入、数字化双元创新机制的影响与作用，经历企业场域蓄能、工业场域赋能、全场域使能三个成长演化阶段，具有“阶层迭代性”，不同层级数字化动态能力支撑不同场域价值生态创新绩效。本研究更深层次揭示工业互联网平台领先企业数字化动态能力的形成与演化机理。

Using exploratory longitudinal case study method, with Huawei company as the research object, reveals the industrial Internet platform leading enterprise digital dynamic ability connotation and constructs, mainly including digital opportunity to capture ability, digital knowledge coupling ability and digital ecological management ability, the formation of digital assets super network embedded, digital dual innovation mechanism, its evolution from energy storage to assign to enabling three stages, with "class iterative", different levels of digital dynamic ability support different field value ecological innovation performance. This study further reveals the formation and evolution mechanism of the digital dynamic capabilities of the leading enterprises in the industrial Internet platform.
