Abstract:Green prevention and control technology has positive significance for the development of green agriculture. Based on the micro-data of Jiangsu Province, this paper uses binary Logit regression, mediating effect and moderating effect to empirically study the relationship between social capital, technology cognition and farmers' adoption behavior of green prevention and control technology. The empirical results show that social capital has a significant positive impact on farmers' adoption of green prevention and control technology. Technology cognition has a significant promoting effect on the adoption behavior of green prevention and control technology of farmers, and technology cognition plays a mediating role in the influence of social capital on the adoption behavior of green prevention and control technology of farmers. The level of agricultural income plays a positive moderating role between self-efficacy and adoption of green prevention and control technology. Therefore, it is suggested to improve the social capital of farmers from the perspectives of social network, social trust and social participation, and improve their cognition of green prevention and control technology through various channels to increase their agricultural income.
