    摘要:

    深入挖掘成渝双城经济圈高校产学研专利合作网络时空演化规律,研究高校产学研专利合作网络结构演化特征及空间分布,可为提高高校创新能力、推进成渝双城经济圈更高质量一体化发展提供参考。本文基于2006-2020年成渝高校联合申请的发明授权专利数据,运用社会网络分析方法,研究高校产学研专利合作在时空分布、主体分布等方面的差异发展与演化规律。研究结果发现:成渝高校产学研专利合作网络结构整体呈现“大而散”的现象;各子网络演化规律呈现差异化发展且尚存一定专业性壁垒;跨区域协同创新效率及技术合作广度仍有待进一步提高;区域内创新资源配置不协调。基于此,提出构建持久专利合作关系,提升专利合作网络密度;积极开展学科交叉融合,深化合作主体交流协作;加强跨区域专利合作网络建设,提升区域协同创新能力;构建域内共享平台,整合优化资源配置等建议,以期完善高校产学研专利合作网络理论意义、实现成渝双城经济圈高质量发展实践价值。

    Abstract:

    This paper deeply excavates the temporal and spatial evolution of the industry-university-research patent cooperation network of universities in the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin Cities Economic Circle, and studies the structural evolution characteristics and spatial distribution of the industry-university-research patent cooperation network of colleges and universities, which can provide a reference for improving the innovation ability of universities and promoting the higher quality integrated development of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin Cities Economic Circle. Based on the invention patent authorization data jointly applied by Chengdu and Chongqing universities from 2006 to 2020, this paper uses social network analysis methods to study the differential development and evolution of industry-university-research patent cooperation in universities in terms of temporal and spatial distribution and subject distribution. The results show that the overall structure of industry-university-research patent cooperation network in Chengdu-Chongqing universities shows the phenomenon of "large and scattered". The evolution law of each sub-network shows differentiated development and there are still certain professional barriers. The efficiency of cross-regional collaborative innovation and the breadth of technical cooperation still need to be further improved. The allocation of innovation resources in the region is not coordinated. Based on this, it is proposed to build a lasting patent cooperation relationship and increase the density of patent cooperation network; Actively carry out interdisciplinary integration and deepen exchanges and cooperation among cooperation subjects; Strengthen the construction of cross-regional patent cooperation networks and enhance regional collaborative innovation capabilities; Suggestions such as building a shared platform in the region and integrating and optimizing resource allocation are in order to improve the theoretical significance of the industry-university-research patent cooperation network of universities and realize the practical value of high-quality development of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin Cities Economic Circle.
