数字经济下,政府大力推动区块链快速落地,企业纷纷响应号召,区块链成为推动经济增长和高质量创新的重要驱动因素。基于TOE框架,采用fsQCA方法,探讨在制造业企业采取区块链技术情境下,技术、组织、环境条件对促进高质量创新的路径选择。结果显示:单一要素并不构成企业高质量创新的必要条件,多因素共同驱动形成高质量创新的多种组态;存在促进高质量创新路径归纳为3种形式:组织-环境型、技术-组织型、技术-平衡型;存在导致非高质量创新路径归纳为2种形式:技术-环境型、组织型。研究结论对政府、企业通过区块链技术赋能高质量创新具有重要的理论与实践意义。

Under the digital economy, the government has vigorously promoted the rapid implementation of blockchain, and enterprises have responded to the call. Blockchain has become an important driving factor for economic growth and high-quality innovation. Based on TOE framework and fsQCA method, this paper discusses the path selection of technology, organization and environmental conditions to promote high-quality innovation in the context of manufacturing enterprises adopting blockchain technology. The results show that a single factor does not constitute a necessary condition for high-quality innovation, and multiple factors jointly drive the formation of multiple configurations of high-quality innovation. There are three types to promote high-quality innovation: organization-environment, technology-organization and technology-balance. There are two types to generate non-high-quality innovation: technology-environment and organization. The research conclusion has important theoretical and practical significance for governments and enterprises through blockchain empowers high-quality innovation.
