智能制造产业的发展现状及政策评价——以广东为例

Development Status and Policy Evaluation of Intelligent Manufacturing Industry—— Taking Guangdong as an Example

摘要:

目前传统制造业发展趋向于智能化转型升级,广东省经济发达且智能制造产业起步较早,因此选取广东省智能制造产业作为研究对象,统计2017-2022年的产业数据,梳理并评述2015年来广东省颁布的智能制造产业相关政策。研究发现广东省智能制造产业企业增速较快,但总体规模仍有限,通过政策推动产业转型升级存在一定缺陷,部分政策工具效力较低,区域发展分化严重,创新链政策工具投入比例有待优化。本文从加大财政支持力度、优化财税服务系统与建设人才信息系统三个层面,为广东省智能制造产业发展提供科学的建议与优化途径。

Abstract:

At present, the development of traditional manufacturing industry tends to be intelligent transformation and upgrading. Guangdong Province has a developed economy and the intelligent manufacturing industry started earlier. Therefore, the intelligent manufacturing industry in Guangdong Province was selected as the research object, and the industrial data from 2017 to 2022 were collected, and the Guangdong Province in 2015 was sorted out and commented. The relevant policies of the intelligent manufacturing industry promulgated by the province. The study found that the growth rate of intelligent manufacturing industry enterprises in Guangdong Province is relatively fast, but the overall scale is still limited. There are certain defects in promoting industrial transformation and upgrading through policies. This paper provides scientific suggestions and optimization methods for the development of intelligent manufacturing industry in Guangdong Province from three levels: increasing financial support, optimizing fiscal and taxation service systems, and building talent information systems.
