基于CSSCI数据库的双元创新文献计量学和可视化分析

Ambidextrous Innovation Literature Metrology and Visualization Analysis Based on the CSSCI Database

摘要:

双元创新兼顾了探索性创新和利用性创新,是中国企业实现可持续竞争优势的重要战略,因此双元创新在中国的研究现状还有待深入分析。本文以CSSCI库中的与双元创新相关的851篇文献作为研究对象,利用CiteSpace软件定量分析双元创新在中国的研究现状、研究热点和研究前沿。结果显示：自2000年开始研究双元创新,依次经历了萌芽期、发展期和稳定期三个阶段,核心作者知识图谱和研究机构知识图谱显示核心作者和研究机构之间已经建立了比较稳定的合作关系,但不同合作群之间的联系较少；研究热点聚焦于创新绩效、双元学习、双元领导、人力资本、企业绩效及双元能力等领域,研究热点从双元能力、企业绩效和双元性等演变为智力资本、技术能力和技术创新,再演变为双元创新和智能制造；双元创新领域的研究前沿是#1创业绩效和#2双元学习。这些研究结论对定量文献综述起到了一定的补充,同时将为学界继续研究双元创新提供参考。

Abstract:

Ambidextrous innovation takes into account both exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation, which is an important strategy for China enterprises to achieve sustainable competitive advantage, therefore, the research status of ambidextrous innovation in China needs further analysis. In this paper, 851 papers related to ambidextrous innovation in the CSSCI database are taken as research objects, and CiteSpace software is used to quantitatively analyze the research status, research hotspot and research frontier of ambidextrous innovation. The results show that since 2000, the research on ambidextrous innovation has experienced three stages: germination, development and stability. The research status is that the core authors and research institutions have established a relatively stable cooperative relationship, but there are few connections between different cooperative groups. The research focuses on innovation performance, ambidextrous learning, ambidextrous leadership, human capital, firm performance and ambidextrous competence; The research focus has evolved from ambidextrous capabilities, enterprise performance and ambidexterity to intellectual capital, technological capabilities and technological innovation, and then to ambidextrous innovation and intelligent manufacturing; The research frontier in the field of ambidextrous innovation is # 1 entrepreneurial performance and # 2 ambidextrous learning. These conclusions supplement the quantitative literature review and provide a reference for further research on ambidextrous innovation.
