Faced with deep -rooted traditional enterprises, how should new companies entering the market seek competitive advantage under fierce competition? Faced with emerging enterprises that try to subvert the industry, how can traditional enterprises adjust their strategies actively? In this article, the four representative electric vehicle companies of BYD, NIO, BAIC and Tesla use the patent portfolio data and complex network analysis to analyze the dimension of organize legitimacy and capability to analyze the corporate innovation strategy. difference.
