摘要:

广东充分发挥文化产业规模和区域科技创新能力全国领先的重要优势，大力实施文化和科技融合战略，对文化和科技融合模式进行了有益探索，进一步对其面临挑战和路径改善优化问题进行研究则有助于促进其提升文化科技创新能力、增强文化产业核心竞争力。在梳理分析文化和科技融合的理论内涵、国内外典型发展模式和路径的基础上，总结广东文化和科技融合的具体模式与措施，分析主要存在问题并有针对性地提出对策建议。结果表明：广东在文化和科技融合方面，主要探索出政府政策驱动、市场需求驱动和技术驱动3种模式并配套具体措施，为全省文化事业和文化产业快速发展提供有力支撑，但与国内外其他先进地区对比，发展仍相对滞后，文化产业创新意识和创新能力不强，对现代科技运用、对岭南文化特色亮点挖掘等都有待加强，主要表现为支持政策体系有待完善、文化科技“两张皮”问题亟待解决、关键技术能力有待提升、复合型人才供给不足等。最后提出广东要发挥岭南文化深沉丰厚、区域创新能力全国领先的独特优势，进一步完善文化和科技融合顶层设计和政策措施，重点从技术创新、基地建设、产业数字化、人才培养等方面发力，促进文化和科技深度融合，提升文化产业核心竞争力。

Abstract:

Guangdong gives full play to the important advantages of the scale of cultural industry and regional scientific and technological innovation ability, vigorously implements the integration strategy of integrating culture and science and technology, and makes beneficial exploration of the integration mode of culture and science and technology, while, further research on the challenges and path of improvement and optimization will help to promote the promotion of cultural, scientific and technological innovation ability and enhance the core competitiveness of the cultural industry. On the basis of combing and analyzing the theoretical connotation of the integration of culture and science and technology, and the typical development models and paths at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the specific modes and measures of the integration of Guangdong culture and science and technology, analyzes the main existing problems and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.The results show that, in the integration of culture and science and technology, Guangdong mainly explores three modes of the government policy driven, market demand driven and technology driven, and supporting specific measures, to provide strong support for the rapid development of the cultural undertakings and cultural industry. However, compared with other advanced regions at home and abroad, its development is still relatively lagging behind, the innovation consciousness and innovation ability of the cultural industry are not strong, the application of modern science and technology and the mining of Lingnan cultural characteristics need to be strengthened, the main manifestations are that the support policy system needs to be improved, the roll doubles problem of culture and technology needs to be solved, the key technology ability needs to be improved, and the supply of compound talents is insufficient. Finally, it is proposed that Guangdong should give full play to the unique advantages of deep and rich Lingnan culture and leading regional innovation ability, and further improve the top-level design and policy measures of the integration of culture and science and technology, focus on technological innovation, base construction, industrial digitalization, and personnel training to promote the deep integration of culture and science and technology, and enhance the core competitiveness of the cultural industry.
