在数字化浪潮席卷之下，传统的生产、经营和管理模式受到冲击并亟待升级调整。电网企业的数字化转型是适应能源革命和数字革命相容并进趋势的必由之路。为解决电网企业在数字化转型进程中对于转型成熟度评估的需求，本文在电网企业数字化转型实践基础上，结合“二三四四”方法论，搭建了电网企业数字化转型架构，并以此构造了用于评估电网企业数字化转型成熟度的指标体系逻辑框架，最后基于架构图和逻辑框架图设计了电网企业数字化转型成熟度评价指标体系，为电网企业对自身数字化转型成熟度评估提供参考。

Under the wave of digitalization, the digital transformation of power grid enterprises is an indispensable way to adapt the compatible trend of energy and digital revolution. The traditional production, operation and management model has been impacted and needs to be upgraded and adjusted urgently. To address the needs of power grid enterprises for digital maturity assessment, an evaluation index system is designed. First, based on the practice of digital transformation of power grid enterprises and also combined with the methodology of "two three four four", this paper builds the digital transformation framework and then constructs the logical framework of the indicator system, which is aimed to evaluate the maturity of digital transformation of power grid enterprises. Finally, under the guidance of the above framework and the logical framework diagram, the design of a evaluation indicator system completed. Power grid enterprises can refer to this system to evaluate their own digital maturity.
