Abstract:The science and technology talent ecosystem provides a good environment and mechanism for the cultivation and development of scientific and technological talent. As China's four Comprehensive National Science Centres are home to a large number of high-tech talents, it is important to build a talent ecosystem for them. With the help of the logic and basic principles of talent ecology operation, the paper analyzes the characteristics of the science and technology talent ecosystem in China's four Comprehensive National Science Centres and proposes five major operational mechanisms for the high-quality construction of the science and technology talent ecosystem: an institutional empowerment mechanism based on "incentives";a subject synergy mechanism based on "relationships"; a resource exchange mechanism based on "demands"; a linkage mechanism based on "services"; a factor linkage mechanism based on "integration".
