Abstract:Based on the panel data of 26 counties in mountainous areas of Zhejiang Province from 2011 to 2020, this paper uses the entropy method to measure the high-quality development level and the science and technology finance development level in counties, and empirically studies the driving effect of science and technology finance on high-quality development through the two-way fixed effect panel model.The research shows that science and technology finance has significantly driven the high-quality development of 26 counties in mountainous areas ; The driving effect of science and technology finance on eastern counties is stronger than that on western counties;Science and technology finance mainly drives the high-quality development of counties through the path of promoting innovation, green and open development,it has no significant effect on shared development, but has a certain degree of inhibition on coordinated development. According to the research conclusions, it provides reasonable and feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the high-quality development of counties in China from the perspective of science and technology finance.
