Abstract:As one of the important pillars of the national quality infrastructure NQI, certification and accreditation plays a very important role in promoting the development of China's export manufacturing industry. This paper selects 12 export manufacturing industries in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao as samples, and constructs an indicator system for the development level of export manufacturing certification and accreditation in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao from five evaluation indicators: enterprise standard recognition, quality control standards, product inspection standards, quality management system certification and product certification. The development status and existing problems of export manufacturing certification and accreditation in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao are evaluated and analyzed through the entropy weight-EDAS model. The results show that the certification and recognition level of technology-intensive and emerging industries such as information technology and household appliances is generally high and the growth and optimization potential is the strongest. The certification and recognition level of traditional labor-intensive export manufacturing industries such as footwear, textiles and clothing is in great demand; The implementation level of certification is an advantage of the export manufacturing industry in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. At the same time, the foundation of certification and recognition needs to be further improved and improved; The development of certification and accreditation in the export manufacturing industry in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao is at a medium level as a whole, but the level of certification and accreditation in different export manufacturing industries is uneven.
