Abstract:Using Citespace to conduct knowledge graph analysis on the theme of “Science and Technology Innovation”, it is found that there is a lack of research on the influence mechanism of scientific research team on innovation performance. Therefore, in order to explore the influencing factors of innovation performance of major science and technology projects under the current science and technology policy environment major science and technology projects are taken as research objects. From the perspective of the main body of the scientific research team, with organizational innovation atmosphere, cooperation basis and effective participation as independent variables and innovation performance as dependent variables, based on 249 survey data of relevant major science and technology project teams, SPSS software was used to conduct hierarchical regression analysis and mediation test, and empirical research was conducted on the internal factors affecting the innovation performance of major science and technology projects. The results show that: good organizational innovation climate can effectively promote the improvement of innovation performance of major science and technology projects; Research teams of major science and technology projects have a good cooperation basis in the early stage, which can not only promote the effective participation of team members in innovation activities, but also play a positive role in improving project innovation performance, and effective participation shows a complete intermediary effect. According to the research conclusions, some suggestions are put forward to promote the improvement of innovation performance of major science and technology projects, such as guiding the formation of a good innovation climate within the team, establishing a stable and optimal innovation cooperation relationship, and improving innovation initiative and participation.
