    摘要:

    中国专利密集型产业创造的知识产权多于世界上其他任何国家,专利密集型产业是我国经济增长和技术进步的关键引擎,近些年研发投入力度不断加大,创新驱动特征显著。本文以从2016—2021年我国上市公司中筛选专利密集型产业为研究样本,运用DEA模型和固定效应模型,分析政府补助对专利密集型企业创新研发和经济转化两阶段技术创新效率的作用,进一步探究创新环境这一情境变量对两阶段影响程度的调节作用。结果表明:(1)政府补助对专利密集型企业创新研发和经济转化两阶段创新效率具有显著促进作用,且创新研发阶段的影响要大于经济转化阶段;(2)创新环境对政府补助与创新研发效率和经济转化的影响越显著,表明创新环境越好的地区,政府补助对专利密集型企业创新研发效率和经济转化效率的提升作用越显著。

    Abstract:

    China's patent-intensive industries create more intellectual property rights than any other country in the world. Patent-intensive industries are the key engine of China's economicgrowth and technological progress. In recent years,R & D investment has been increasing, with remarkable innovation-driven characteristics.In this paper, patent-intensive industries are selected from China's listed companies from 2016 to 2021.The DEA model and the fixed effect model are used to analyze the role of government subsidies on the technological innovation efficiency in the two stages of innovation research and development of patent-intensive enterprises and economic transformation. To further explore the regulatory effect of the innovation environment on the degree of influence in the two stages.The results show that:(1) Government subsidies play a significant role in promoting the innovation efficiency of the two stages of innovation research and development and economic transformation of patent-intensive enterprises, and the impact in the innovation research and development stage is greater than that in the economic transformation stage;(2) The more significant the impact of innovation environment on government subsidies and innovation R & D efficiency and economic transformation, indicating that the better the innovation environment, the more significant the government subsidies on the innovation R & D efficiency and economic transformation efficiency of patent-intensive enterprises.
