大足五金刀剪产业集群工业设计创新能力提升路径研究

Research on Upgrading path of Industrial Design Innovation ability of Dazu Hardware knife and scissors Industrial Cluster

摘要:

大足有着极具重庆地方特色的五金产业集群,享有“中国西部五金之都”的美誉,大足五金刀剪以锻打刀具为特色,产业具有悠久的历史,但相较永康、阳江等沿海地区,由于大足西部地区的区位劣势以及当地刀企的技术、经营观念的滞后,导致产业发展缓慢,随着国家成渝双城经济圈建设推动产业升级和质量强国的战略部署,为大足五金刀剪产业的发展带来契机。本文以价值流运动方向为切入点,围绕大足五金刀剪产业发展中产业支点、触点、堵点、断点和盲点等问题展开分析,厘清企业主体设计创新能力成长的利益驱动、在地文脉挖掘、产业链组织共生机制,构建了大足五金刀剪产业创新能力成长机制模型,同时以创新驱动为主要目标,分析了影响该产业价值流畅通的关联主体或资源要素,建立大足五金刀剪产业集群创新能力提升决策模型,进而提出大足五金刀剪产业集群工业设计创新能力提升路径方法,能够优化五金刀剪产品的设计方法,为整个产业创新能力提升提供理论和案例上的参考。

Abstract:

Dazu has a hardware industry cluster with local characteristics of Chongqing, and enjoys the reputation of "the hardware Capital of Western China". Dazu hardware knives and scissors is characterized by forging tools, and the industry has a long history. However, compared with Yongkang, Yangjiang and other coastal areas, due to the location disadvantages of western Dazu and the lag of local knife enterprises" technology and management concepts, the industrial development is slow.With the national Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle construction to promote industrial upgrading and quality of the strategic deployment of powerful countries, for Dazu metal knife and scissors industry development brings opportunities.This paper takes the value stream movement as the entry point, focuses on the industrial fulcrum, contact, blocking point, breakpoint and blind spot in the development of Dazu hardware knife and scissors industry, analyzes the profit-driven growth of the enterprise"s main design innovation ability, the mechanism of mining in the local context and the mechanism of industrial chain organization, and constructs the growth mechanism model of Dazu hardware knife and scissors industry innovation ability.At the same time, with innovation-driven as the main goal, this paper analyzes the related subjects or resource factors that affect the smooth flow of value of the industry, establishes the decision-making model of innovation ability improvement of Dazu hardware knife scissors industrial cluster, and then proposes the path method of industrial design innovation ability improvement of Dazu hardware knife scissors industrial cluster, which can optimize the design method of hardware knife scissors products.It provides theoretical and case reference for the improvement of the innovation ability of the whole industry.
