Abstract:Abstract: In the context of big data, the information barrier, information integration, and information security of the transformation system of scientific and technological achievements are facing new difficulties and problems, and its dialogue mechanism needs to be optimized with the times. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the scientific and technological achievements transformation system, focusing on the core issues of subject demand conflicts in the digital era, this paper explores the optimization scheme of the dialogue mechanism for scientific and technological achievements transformation. By constructing a game model for the conflict between the demands of the research and transformation parties, the system evolution and stability are analyzed, and the key influencing factors of the dialogue mechanism for scientific and technological achievements transformation system are explored. The sensitivity and evolution trend of the factors are explored through Matlab simulation analysis. The results indicate that the concession of demand conflicts between the research and transformation parties is closely related to the trust level of the research and transformation parties in the transformation party and the spillover effect of the transformation party's conflict losses. The higher the trust level of the research and transformation party in the transformation party, the more inclined the research and transformation party is to make demands, and the greater the spillover effect of the transformation party's conflict losses, the more inclined the transformation party is to make concessions.
