    摘要:

    近年来,我国在绿色低碳等战略性新兴产业中面临关键技术“卡脖子”问题。随着新一轮数字革命的蓬勃兴起,数智技术的发展塑造了全新的经济形态并为低碳产业深度赋能。产业创新生态系统是推动低碳产业创新发展的重要力量。但现有研究中鲜见从数智化视角对低碳产业创新生态系统的深入探究。本文试图建构一种基于专利的数智低碳产业创新生态系统研究框架,该框架运用专利信息这一客观技术创新资源,识别出系统中的数智创新主体,并对系统的动态演化与交互联动进行研究。

    Abstract:

    In recent years, China has the problem of "being hit in the throat" of key technologies in strategic emerging industries, such as green and low-carbon industry. There are some difficulties for China in catching up with developed countries. With the vigorous rise of a new round of digital revolution, the development of digital intelligence information technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data and block chain has deeply empowered low-carbon industries. Industrial innovation ecosystem is an important force to promote low-carbon industrial development and enhance industrial competitive advantage. However, there is a lack of in-depth research on low-carbon industrial innovation ecosystem from the perspective of digital intelligence. This study attempts to propose a systematic research framework for the construction of low-carbon industrial innovation ecosystem under the background of digital intelligence. This study focuses on the new micro organization of digital intelligence innovation subject in the digital intelligence era, makes an exploratory study on the collaborative symbiosis and dynamic evolution of the system by using patent information analysis.
