为引导算法的健康发展以及应对算法潜在危害的风险管控，提出雁阵模型是算法治理模式的一种可能性。即依靠科研组织的溢出效应，不仅能打通算法治理层面市场、政府和社会三者间的阻隔，更能够在结构上形成相应的配置，以此应对算法治理多维度的动态需求。

Abstract:

In order to guide the healthy development of algorithms and manage the potential risks associated with them, the formation of a "V-formation" model is proposed as a potential algorithm governance approach. By leveraging the spillover effects of research organizations, this model aims not only to bridge the gaps among the market, government, and society in terms of algorithm governance, but also to establish corresponding configurations at a structural level, thereby addressing the multidimensional and evolving demands of algorithm governance.
