本文以大湾区综合性国家科学中心先行启动区松山湖科学城为例,以创新生态系统为研究对象,分别对高新区创新生态系统和科学城创新生态系统进行了辨析,探讨了松山湖科学城创新生态系统结构,发现松山湖科学城已初步构建了科技创新体系、创新产业体系、创新环境体系和城市功能体系,建立了协同机制、保障机制和动力机制,具有创新体系化、产业高端化、环境生态化和功能社会化的特征。在总结国内三大综合性国家科学中心的建设经验基础上,从发挥科学城的创新策源作用、强化创新对产业的支撑引领、重视创新创业生态环境的营造、提升凸显创新特色的城市功能等方面提出推进松山湖高新区向科学城创新生态系统演化的对策建议。

Taking the comprehensive national science center of the Greater Bay Area as an example, the paper takes the innovation ecosystem as the research object, analyzes the innovation ecosystem of the high-tech zone and the innovation ecosystem of the science city. The structure of the innovation ecosystem of Songshan Lake Science City is discussed. It is found that the Songshan Lake Science City has initially established a scientific and technological innovation system, an innovation industry system, an innovation environment system and an urban function system, and has established a coordination mechanism, a security mechanism and a power mechanism. The innovation ecosystem of Songshan Lake Science City is characterized by systematization of innovation, high-end industry, ecological environment and socialization of functions. On the basis of summing up the construction experience of the three major comprehensive national science centers in China, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the evolution of Songshan Lake High-tech Zone into the innovation ecosystem of the Science City from the aspects of giving full play to the role of innovation as the source of innovation, strengthening the support and guidance of innovation to industry, paying attention to the creation of the innovation and entrepreneurship ecological environment, and improving the urban function highlighting innovation characteristics.
